- 10 MB additional free disk space with optional US ZIP code data
- 50 MB additional free disk space with optional Canadian postal code data

Q: I don't have .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0. How
can I install it?
A: 1. Download .NET Framework 1.1 at http://www.zipcodeworld.com/download/dotnetfx.exe
Or
Download .NET Framework 2.0 at http://www.zipcodeworld.com/download/dotnetfx.exe
2. Do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location. Follow the instruction until complete the setup
- To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk. Run dotnetfx.exe and follow the instruction until complete the setup.

Q:What do I get when I purchase ZIPCodeWorld Utility .NET Component?
A:You will receive a license key file which unlock the random delay in the component. You will also receive a download account to access to the latest ZIPCodeWorld database for monthly update.

Q: Why I can't seen the results for all ZIP
Codes or Postal Codes?
A: The ZIPCodeWorld Desktop comes with sample database files with minimal records for evaluation purpose. Please register and subscribe to the US ZIP Code or Canada Postal Code for a complete set of results.

A: Yes. ZIPCodeWorld Utility .NET Component provides distance calculation service. Distance calculator able to calculate distance between two ZIP/Postal Code in miles. |

Q: Can I find all ZIP Codes or Postal Codes within a given radius from another ZIP code or Postal Code?
A: Yes. ZIPCodeWorld Utility .NET Component makes this very easy. You just pass in the source ZIP/Postal code and the radius in miles, and you will get a complete list of ZIP Codes or Postal Codes. |

Q:
How is ZIPCodeWorld Utility .NET Component licensed?
A:
Upon purchase, you will receive a license key which will allow you to download SDK updates and database updates for a period of one year. You are licensed for the use of the .NET component and the database per physical machine. Multiple licenses are required if you distribute the software to more than one machine. If you are using this component in server application, only one license is required per server.

Q: Can I resell or redistribute your database in our client application?
A:You can resell our product provided there are separate licenses for each client, A single license cannot be sold to multiple parties.

Q: How can I upgrade from one data package to another?
A:If you are upgrading within a year of original purchase, then you will only need to pay for the difference in price.
Step 1. Login to ZIPCodeWorld.
Step 2. Select the license you wish to upgrade.
Step 3. Click upgrade button.
Step 4. Select the product you wish to upgrade to.
Step 5. Click upgrade button.
Step 6. Fill in all the required field.
Step 7. Click Submit button.

Q: How do I install the database?
A: For Microsoft(r) Access user, you need to download the database in Microsoft(r) Access format from our web site. Then unzip and repalce the existing database.
For Microsoft(r) SQL Server and MySQL user, you need to download the database in CSV format from our web site. Then execute the import script we provide.

Q: Do I need to pay for the upgrade in future versions?
A: If you have already purchased ZIPCodeWorld Utility .NET Componrnt, there is NO charge for any upgrades for version 1.x. Simply install any future 1.x release overtop of the current version. |

Q: How many records are in this evaluation version?
A: There are only 100 records of US ZIP Code and Canada Postal Code in the evaluation version. |

A: Yes. ZIPCodeWorld data file is being installed in your local drive. You only required Internet connection when you need to update ZIPCodeWorld database. |
